Hello,
I've reinstalled my window just now and every other software is working well other than AMD Adrenaline. AMD guys are bunch of stupid because 50% of time their software doesn't work.
I must disagree. I have owned
fifteen Radeon cards in a row and the drivers have always worked for me. There's something else wrong in your PC's configuration that is causing problems with Adrenalin. If "AMD guys are bunch of stupid because 50% of time their software doesn't work", I wouldn't keep getting Radeons, but I do. If Radeon drivers were inherently bad, there's no way that I could have fifteen cards in a row and still be satisfied with them, but I am. I would say that the vast majority of the time, it's either user error or another program behaving badly that the user isn't even aware of. There were a crap-tonne of users who cried about terrible issues with Adrenalin Drivers for RDNA1 (RX 5700 XT) cards. Suspiciously, no tech reviewer on YouTube was able to replicate these issues. The reason of course is that they know how to properly maintain their systems while the average user's PC is full of junk files.
AMD Adrenaline keep crashing giving me error 1603, I tried to troubleshoot by my own disabling Windows Defender and Firewall, clear using DDU.
Well, according to AMD's website:
"Error 1603 can be caused by one or a combination of the following problems:
- Graphics driver and software conflicts.
- False positives reported and blocked by antivirus software.
- Missing critical and/or important Windows updates.
So, I would check and make sure that Windows is up to date because you already tried disabling Windows Defender. Also, try running DDU
twice and then re-install the drivers.
Another thing that might help would be to update your chipset drivers. I don't know where the Intel Chipset Drivers are located but the AMD package is
>HERE<. The AMD package is for A320, B350, X370, B450, X470, A520, B550, X570, A620, B650, X670 and all of their variants using Windows 10 or Windows 11. Updating those chipset drivers can alleviate a lot of problems because Adrenalin assumes that you're keeping those up to date as part of regular PC maintenance.
Since what's happening to you doesn't happen to most people, there has to be something in your PC that you're not aware of that's causing this problem. People wrongly assume that it's the drivers all the time because they don't really understand what they're talking about. All they know is that something worked before but doesn't work now, so they blame the drivers.
Someone else had this problem and managed to solve it. They posted their findings on AMD's forum. To see what they did, just

When nothing worked, I reinstalled the window again and getting the same error 1603. I tried to install update on a broken Adrenaline but it failed.
Please let me know if you need bunch of other screenshots, attaching one.
Your system specs might be helpful, especially since you haven't even said which card you have. Your CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Storage and Power Supply (Make and Model) might shed some extra light on the issue.
