Annoying winrar result with i9-14900

It should there over 50,000 not 30k, and it's here but first time when i start winrar after reboot
Anyone of you have similar issue with i5, i7 or i9 13/14gen?
No throttling temps are max 68 PL2 to 155 only limit (without limit same issue)

So first time benchmark ok then I do new benchmark and almost half of first result..

I'm getting very similar result for the first time, if you close WinRar and run again another 1-2 times, always similar around 50k or 30-32k?

I get ~51K each time, and that is with HT off.

HT does not affect for me, very strange, same in safe mode, also other benchmarks including e.g. 7-zip (around 200k) are very good and consistent no matter if I run 1 or 3 times.
Winrar only one time after reboot give me 50k, not sure what is going on there, temperatures for sure not. Quite cool. Throttling not raised.
I reinstalled Winrar also tried beta 2 and beta 1, same.
