any bios fit for pandaminer b7 pro?

From the information I can gather, this card seems to be very similar to an RX 570X or another high-end 5xx series card. I can't give you a specific bios, but this link below has some good information about the chip itself.

Looking at this picture, and cruising around google it looks like this is a RX580 8GB

but the ID makes it seem like a 570 BGA.
As for BIOS that might work, hard to say. I mean here are some from here:

Now will any of them work? No idea.
I would back up whatever bios you have on it before attempting anything. I didnt go through the entire BIOS collection of 570s and 580s. Out of the ones I just linked none of them have the display output configuration that card appears to have. If I go by my assumption I would try I guess these two. Which closely (but not 100%) match the most:
