…I don’t think that in audio one can make such broad statements. It would depend on the individual model methinks. Most things I have heard about NAD gear from reviews is that it’s solid, transparent hardware. Not sure what conclusions people who “told you” about it “missing highs” could draw without actually measuring your particular model themselves or at least having access to said measurements. Which, I imagine, would look pretty flat, just like most decent audio gear nowadays. If the entire claim from those people is based on their feels, however, you can safely dismiss it as the audiofool bullshit it is.
