Hello, I am very new to these topics, I would like to know why PL1 is activated at 15 seconds when it is set to 56 seconds (by default) is this a problem? My laptop: Gigabyte Aorus 15P XD core i711800H, RTX 3070.

Have a look in the Device Manager for the Intel Dynamic Platform Thermal Framework driver or the Intel Dynamic Tuning driver. Some laptops use this driver or use an embedded controller (EC) to set set power and turbo time limits lower than the MSR and MMIO power limits that ThrottleStop has access to. If you can find this driver, search Google for how to delete it and how to prevent Windows from re-installing it.

In ThrottleStop try checking the MMIO Lock box towards the top right of the TPL window. If that does not work and if you cannot find any Intel drivers then I do not know how to solve your problem.
