I got a pack of these fans, just a short remark, that once mounted on a rad pushing air, having nothing close to them in the front, they seem to be very quiet, you mostly can just hear wind noise (given their power you get a lot of wind noise).

Unfortunately pulling air from the rad causes pretty loud buzzing sound. I am afraid that having objects close in front of them (as parts of the case walls etc) will severely limit the speeds you will be able to use them with.

Or get a fan shroud or rubber fan gasket that spaces your fan away from the radiator a little

I believe what you're stumbling into, is the reason many old WCers would use 'gutted' same-size fans as a Plenum/Spacer.

Axial type fans can't develop much pressure/vacuum, and easily get disrupted by backpressure or obstruction. Still, P14s are fantastic :D

I found some 7mm thick rubber spacers, I even destroyed a regular P14 by accident a while ago and kept the frame!

I made a youtube video:

You can hear the ringing when running more fans in the same time (I guess it is normal), and the spacers seem to work only when I used two of them.

Looks like,
moar spacer (plenum) = moar quieter
