Artifacts and Black/Green Screen JXZ RX 580 2048SP 8GB

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I don't have much technical knowledge of graphics cards. I'm a newbie.

The problem is that I riskily bought a JXZ RX 580 2048SP 8GB Graphics Card on Aliexpress.com. All I did was install it like any graphics card on my motherboard and connect the cables.
After a few minutes I saw that some lines appeared on the screen and in the texts that worried me. Hours later my monitor signal with black and green colors was cut off. Then it would go back to normal but the lines would reappear.
I would like to know if this has happened to anyone and if there is a possible solution. I have read that they modify the BIOS, or disassemble the graphics cards to try solutions, but I hope not to get to that.

Open a case against the seller fast.
