ASRock, a global leader in motherboards, graphics cards, mini PCs, power supplies, and gaming monitors, has observed reports on Reddit from users experiencing unexpected boot issues and error codes when using ASRock AM5 motherboards paired with minority proportion of AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors. To enhance user experience, ASRock promptly released the latest 3.20 Beta BIOS for its AM5 series motherboards, further improving AMD Ryzen 9000 series processors boot issues.

Users can download and install the BIOS from the official ASRock website or use the BIOS Flashback function on their motherboard for a quick update. ASRock also promises to continue enhancing the compatibility of its products.

For the latest AM5 motherboard BIOS (ongoing updates), please visit the ASRock official website.

The language of these press releases always gets a chuckle out of me:
>"...has observed reports on Reddit from users experiencing unexpected boot issues and error codes..."
>"To enhance user experience..."
Yes, my user experience would indeed be enhanced by my machine not having boot issues and error codes :) Thank you AsRock.

In any case, glad they fixed it. I assume this is to sort out the potentially burning 9800X3Ds as well?

ASrock's press release is awkwardly worded. "Improving ... boot issue" - this reads poorly. Improving a negative? Like improving a disaster or improving failures. How about just state that this is a partial solution to an issue or a solution to part of the issue.

Seems like 3.20 is still labeled as beta.

I'm still on 3.15 which is working fine. Probably will wait for stable release.
All Asrock updates this year were betas: 3.18 A01, A02 and now 3.20. I installed it immediately - don't want to overlook something important and then regret it. Asrock wouldn't publish bios update if it wasn't crucial for system stability.

I will receive my 9800x3d next week as well as the Asrock 9800x3d. I'm very worried.

It looks like Asus' SOC is also on the lose, so people needs to check, I might need to check mine on my own Asrock board even I do not run a X3D chip.
