If you are referring to the items you have circled in blue, I'm pretty sure that is for the wireless version of the motherboard.
I have the B550-F ROG Strix wifi and I'd have to look, but I think there is a wifi module in that spot.

Yeah I forgot to mention, it's wifi. That would make sense. Still, that would be nice to make it works. maybe it preventing the MOBO to turn on?

Yeah, it is.
its a used board, bought it knowing it's not working. I didn't try to power it on, I noticed those missing part so I was thinking to put them back to see if there was any other issue or those part were the issue.
