Boost says 1837mhz here, but by default/stock settings without touching anything in MSI Afterburner, my card boosts to 1920mhz in Heaven Benchmark and while gaming. Now I want to undervolt the card abit, should I aim for 1920mhz or 1837mhz?

If I aim for 1920mhz am I overclocking the card?
I don't want to overclock the card at all, just want to maintain same clock with less power that's all

Use afterburner, open curve with ctrl+f. Hold alt and drag the whole curve down so the point furtest to the right is below 1920MHz, then drag the point at 900mv up to 1920MHz, press apply and you should get a flat curve at 900mv\1920MHz. If you aim for 1837MHz performance will be a bit lower.

I'm running on 850mv/1837MHz, long term will this damage the card in anyway?
I've been running on this preset for a month and every game seems stable, I mostly play e-sports
