Alright everyone so i know this is a super weird question but am curious to know abt it..
Am building a PC with the following specs-
R5 3500
MSI B450 PRO VDH MAX
XPG 8GB 2800MHz RAM
CM 550W
GPU am gonna purchase 1060/580
I got an Asus Strix Z270E Mobo lying around and i wonder is it possible to replace the stock heatsinks on the MSI board with the Z270E one?
I measured the placement of screws and its the same so it wont be an issue attaching them on the board?
**This is just experimental and i dont intend to do it until and unless it actually gives a major bump to cooling**(I feel Z270E got better quality heatsinks than my MSI board!)
Thanks and regards.
