ASUS ROG STRIX RX5700XT power problem / PC doesn´t start when one power cable is plugged in

hi everyone,

theres a problem with my RX5700XT and I´m asking you guys for ideas/ help:

the PC doesn´t start with GPU mounted and all cables pluged in. If I´m unplugging the left cable or both power plugs, the PC starts.

Seems there is a short circuit in the card.

Did anyone had same problems? What can I do to repair it?

there is a lot of screws missing out of it, it's not that shorting it is it.

the pics are made with backplate dismounted - the problem accurs with backplate on and all screws fixed

Asus doesn´t mind the warranty due to a local polish warranty (don´t understand but ok)

no liquid. The PC was running well, I was playing iracing when the PC suddenly switched off. For me it sounded like a broken power unit of the PC. I wasn´t able to restart the computer, no reaction by pressing the on button. By installing another graphic card the PC started without problems.
I plugged my 5700XT in another PC and the same problem appears...PC doesn´t start

that's silicone oil from the thermal pads.

Obviously there's a problem with the card send it in for repair if it is out of warranty pay for the repair

Could be, never say that before but I never had the need to look at my GPUs once installed.

Asus doesn´t offer a repair and they don´t accept any warranty. Even I don´t understand because the card is about one year old:

however...is there a technical idea to solve the problem or start an analysis?

i just feel like overheat, or something related to the electric
less oil is ok but in your case it's not normal, it's way too much
