So I previously bricked the gpu mentioning in the title. see this thread
I am trying to find a proper bios for it, as it is a bit of an odd thing.
It is a Asus ROG Gaming OC 8gb 570 to be precise (samsung memory), but the actual gpu chip is labeled 215-0876406, which Ive seen is either for 470 mining cards, or chinese cards.
Would anyone have any info on the topic, or a set of bios to try?
let me know if you need any more info on the card.

Hello.
Please provide some pictures:
- one with the labels from the card
- open the card and make a picture of the memory chips. Use a good light source and macro function

The previous bios you tried had part number 115-C940PI0-100.
Since manufacturer bring out newer revisions, the part number can change.

Can you try the following bios with part number 115-C940PI2-100?

The bios I've provided earlier should be the correct one. You have part number C940PI2 which is listed on the PCB. See picture.
The same part number is also listed within the bios internal of the earlier provided bios.

Can you try the following bios?

If that bios doesn't work, you need to try every bios. I've filter out the model you have. Only flash 1300 MHz/1750 MHz bioses since the list also contains modded biosses.

Note: It looks there is also some damage on the PCB.

That latest bios seems to have worked. Passmark recorded a 8402, with a r5 1600 so Id say thats right on par with other rx 570s.
The damage on the board seems to be cosmetic, as the copper is still fine.
Thank you so much for the help!
