Hi Guys, im looking for a better way to cool my Videocard. in my desperation i bought a 3070 in the version as shown on this link. now the loudness of the card bothers me.
I cant find any fitting solutions as i dont know if my card is similar to others or if the cooler fits.

I would also go with a watercooled solution.

My card: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/asus-turbo-rtx-3070.b8572

In hope for help,

If the PCB matches any of ASUS' other cards, could try to find someone who put theirs under water and see if they will sell you their old cooler. Or go that route yourself. Not sure that there are aftermarket air coolers for th3 3000 series cards yet, haven't looked. If none of those options are doable for you, then a simple repaste with better thermal paste, and replacing any/all thermal pads would be your last option to bring temps down and keep that fan in check. Depending on usage, if you don't need it to run full power, can simply downclock it with MSI Afterburner so that it doesn't use as much power/generate as much heat.

I totally don't recommend it, but you may try to cross-flash it. Basically you find another RTX 3070's BIOS file and flash it on your own card. Different cards have different TDPs, fan curves and other data. It might be beneficial, but it's also very risky. Something like this BIOS is a good candidate:

Because it has lower power target and power limit, but depending on what Asus Turbo model already has, it may not be an upgrade.
