ASUS UX8402 Throttlestop locked?

As the title indicated, my voltage adjustment is still locked. Does anyone know does the newest 9.7.2 should be working with this laptop or not?

What CPU do you have? Intel removed the undervolting feature from all of their 12th Gen and newer H series CPUs.
