hello, i recently cleaned my monitor screen today, i prepared my microfiber cloth (those that comes that you use to clean eye glasses) cleaned it with water and soap, let it dry fully then use it on my screen with the monitor off of course.
but after turning it on i noticed a very small tiny pixels shown on my screen on black background and i then i took my time to inspect the rest of the screen with detail and i noticed theres a bunch of those they so tiny and some are close not together.

so my question is, what could be the cause of this? im pretty much ive never banged my monitor because im quite careful with the things i own makes no sense to rage hit something (when gaming).
is it something that just can happen and theres nothing to do about it?
will these expand or just stay like that?
to clarify these tiny pixel dots are not black because i would see them under brighter backgrounds and as far i can tell at least on white background i cant see anything at all no black dots.
could it be stuck pixels or something else? or perhaps something that just happens from degradation of the superficial material? at this point i rather not assume much or get stressed out because why bother.
i bought this monitor on 24/02/2024 so its not even that old but its been used everyday since then for lots of hours.
sorry for the long read, thanks for your time.
