Asus X75VB possible vbios problem

Hello guy's I'm new on this forum, I'm posting this thread because I have an Asus X75VB Core i3-3110M laptop that have some problems, it have a Nvidia GT 720M gpu the problem is that GPU-Z can't display gpu bios version, also gpu and memory clocks are 0MHz and memory size is 0MB, the gpu is disabled on device manager code 43, this laptop came to me with a totally corrupted bios, but the laptop was able to boot windows, I had to reflash bios using an external programmer because winflash was unable to detect the corrupted bios to update it, I've tried to dump current vbios using GPU-Z but it says BIOS reading not supported on this device, also tried with nvflash and it detects the gpu as GF117 which is the chip code name but when I try to backup the vbios it immediately causes a BSOD with te code PAGE FAULT ON NON PAGED AREA, I also tried with nvflash on FreeDOS but the nvflash version I used apparently doesn't support the eeprom and newer versions of nvflash don't work on DOS environments, I also installed a BIOS version from Asus support that was supposed to update vbios and solve the problem but It just doesn't work, so I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of what should I do next, maybe I can try with nvflash on linux, any help will be appreciated
