ATI RADEON HD 6800 & ATI FireMV 2200 RV370 PCI-E

Hello, I have a Windows XP embedded system. I am using an x1950xt crossfire card. My card is faulty and it is difficult to find a new one. I want to install a 6870 crossfire card instead. However, the system also requires a fire mv 2200. However, the driver names of this card are the same as the 6800 series, but the drivers are incompatible. When I install one of them, the other one gives a yellow exclamation mark and does not work. I get a CODE 10 error. The files are in the system32 folder. Can't I install them in a different folder or what can I do? URGENT HELP. It doesn't matter if it's a 6800 series. I can buy another or a new card with crossfire feature. But as I said, firemv 2200 has to work.

Windows driver limitation. You can only have one ATI/AMD driver for all AMD/ATI cards in your system.
In short : You need legacy edition driver that works with your 2006 GPU, and simply source a "modern" card that is supported in it.
Latest supported is Catalyst 10.2, and you can download it here : LINK (file : 10-2_legacy_xp32-64_dd_ccc.exe).
Max it supports is X1000 series sadly so you need to source a graphics card that is similar in age.

EDIT : Alternative approach is to use last "unified driver" with support for more GPUs, BUT it will limit how many functions it can have (like OpenGL/OpenCL version), not sure if that's an issue in your case though ?
However with this option, you could use Catalyst 9.3 non-legacy driver (which has up to HD 4000 series support).

Kısacası: 2006 GPU'nuzla uyumlu eski sürüm bir sürücüye ihtiyacınız var ve bu sürücüde desteklenen "modern" bir kart bulmanız yeterli.

What driver you want to (or can) use, for your ATI FireMV 2200 RV370 PCI-E card ?
Catalyst 9.3 = HD 4000 series (newest),
Catalyst 10.2 Legacy = X1000 series (newest).

yes fireMV 2200 must be in the system. because the system is looking for this card. and each card looks like 2 graphics cards

If you want to look at any file or driver or inf file, I can upload it here. The new card I installed only comes as a single one. The second one does not come as a secondary one like the old one.

@metinkiruc It doesn't come with "secondary" because ATI drop this as "feature" when they remade DX10 class GPUs (each monitor has seperate card entry in device menager for HD 2000 series and prior).
That is NORMAL, HD 6870 isn't meant to have secondary cards (you can plug more monitors to it regardless).

I know your Fire MV needs to be in a system, what I'm asking is :
Do you need latest driver for it (Catalyst 10.2), or can your programs work fine with older Catalyst 9.3 version ?

Çok teşekkür ederim. Catalist 6.4'im var. Yazılımı güncellemeyi deneyebilirim. Belki sistem kabul eder veya etmez. Deneyeceğim.
