I keep seeing am4 motherboard s on eBay for cheap saying they are non working a lot say they even power up but have no display I think that most of these are prob bios issues from when ryzen upgraded there chips is this a good gamble I Wana build a cheap ryzen PC for my son I just need ram cpu an motherboard

I search eBay "worldwide" and never see them that low.
For $10 I would do it just to keep myself occupied playing with it, even if it didn't work.
