B650 aorus elite ax with low letency support

hello guys I need your help I have that motherboard B650 aorus elite ax.
after i allow xmp profile in my motherboard I got more two options
1) low letency support.
2) xmp/expo high bandwidth support.

What they do?
I should allow that? because on default it disabled.

I don't find any info on internet so please help :)

Those two adjust the sub timings for a perf boost. That is all. The title High Bandwidth Support is kinda backwards. At first I thought it should be enabled when paired with high speed memory, but really it is more likely to cause stability issues.. May not be stable though. I suggest running memory stability tests to make sure.
