b650 livemixer only top pcie slot is working

So I upgraded my pc going to am5 from am4.
the problem that i have is that independently of the aic that i put in the slot, it only works on the top pcie slot.
I have tried a 6700xt, a w2100 and a asmedia am1166.
All the cards do work in an other pc.
I also tried to reset the bios, it's up to date.
And i tried different pcie gens and bus width but did nothing.
As OSes I have tried w11, linux, w10.
Do someone have any idea to make things work on other slots ?
any help appreciated.

The 3rd PCIe slot shares bandwidth with the 3rd M.2 slot. That shouldn't affect the 2nd PCIe slot, though.

*If M2_3 is occupied, PCIE3 will be disabled.

so everything from a gpu to an isa bridge (or that uses the pcie bus in that case)

Did you update the UEFI/BIOS yourself or did you get it with the latest UEFI/BIOS?

You could reflash the UEFI/BIOS just in case the problem was caused by a bad flash but I've never heard of such a problem.
- Reset UEFI/BIOS to default before flashing
- Remember to disable the CPU TPM and repost with it disabled before you flash (per ASRocks warning).

Otherwise I'd say RMA the motherboard cause the slots should work out of the box regardless of UEFI/BIOS version you have. The first two on that board are from the CPU and the last one from the chipset.

lil update: bios wasn't the last ver
installed it and now both of the gpus works not depending on the slot, w/ windows having err 31 talking about drivers errors (POST mode and "normal" mode, linux having no errors
but w/ the sata card the pc refuses to post in any of the slots, error light code says ram training ( was run for something more that an hour)

Yes it was perfect. When I got it , it came with original UEFI so I just flashed it to latest before testing it.
