Bad Flash Bios? or Graphics card Does not work? RX 480 8GB MSI Gaming X

Hello everyone, good morning, I will tell you a bit, I bought a graphic card used online knowing that the owner of the graphic card does not know anything about what happened.
Which I bought to experience a little more on the subject of graphics cards. With the graphics card it does not send an image signal through the HDMI ports of the graphics card, so I am using it with the integrated graphics.
The graphics card is an RX 480 8GB MSI Gaming X according to me is this:

MSI RX 480 VBIOS

8 GB GDDR5, 1303 MHz GPU, 2000 MHz Memory

In the GPU-Z program it does not show the BIOS version, it shows "Unknown" and it does not say in the memories or "Memory Type" section it says "Unknown (Micron)" same in memory size "0 MB"
And in the "Advanced" section when I put it in "AMD BIOS" I get a sale that says "The parameter is not correct".
Also when I open the Atiflash program a window appears that says "ROM reading error" I suppose it is because it doesn't have BIOS or i don't know.
I would like to know if it is already a graphics card problem or is it because it does not have any BIOS installed?

See this thread to learn how to restore the original BIOS if you suspect it was tempered by the seller. Make sure the BIOS chip is soldered correctly.

Uninstall all display drivers and then perform a cleanup with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from safe mode.

Take the PC outside, open the case, and remove all the dust with air blower or hair dryer with a cold setting.

Remove the graphics card and blow some air in the x16 PCI express slot.

Carefully remove the heatsink from the graphics card and clean the fans with a toothbrush.

Clean the graphic cards with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs. Especially the GPU area and PCIe pins.

When you're done, reapply thermal paste on the GPU, remount the heatsink, plug it back in.

Download and install the latest drivers from AMD's website.

If the graphics card still doesn't work, return it to the seller.

If you can't return it for some reason, consider sending it to graphics cards repair lab, if there isn't any in your area, you can try the oven trick as the last resort.

I have exactly the same issue with my nvidia gtx980m
