Hello,
I have an Omen 16 laptop i7-13700HX, 4060 and the battery capacity is 83,000 mWh, when I was in windows 11 i remember doing the following for whenever I go to school, etc:

-Disabling dGPU
-Lowering refresh rate to 60
-throttle-stop battery settings, no boosting (CPU doesnt go above 8~9 watts in this mode)
-No RGB, backlight keyboard
-Bluetooth off, no attached peripherals (mouse, keyboard)

All of this usually I get a discharge rate of about 9000-11000 mWh on average when doing web browsing, spreadsheet filling, media consumption, which leads to 83000/10000 = 8.3 hours battery which I achieved in windows 11. I rolled back to windows 10, and whenever I apply these settings for some reason my battery only lasts 1 hours with 40,000 to 60,000 discharge...

Am i missing something here?
Also my battery capacity is about 75000 now. (8 month old laptop), still expecting 6+ hours...

What does this have to do with RMA, Im confused?
+ I already RMA'd for motherboard failure (search up hall sensor design flaw omen 16) and this is my replacement one.

Does the battery work fine without those settings?

Assuming the battery monitor is actually reporting correctly, see if anything is draining power. Try HWiNFO for that. If it's draining for no apparent reason, then it's probably a RMA case, again.

These gaming laptops chews up battery very quickly regardless.. when I first got mine the battery last around 2+hrs with browsing and 1 game of hearthstone… now lappy is over 3 years old and battery is barely lasting 1hr… so don’t be surprised if it drains quick but if it’s draining abnormally fast then the battery is most gone faulty and well within your rights to replace it under warranty

For those things, if you use your laptop primarily plugged in and your laptop offers a partial-charge mode, use it. Mine is still at 96% after 4 years - albeit that's a technicality since it won't charge beyond about 65-70% with it on.

That's after I kept it plugged in at 100%, and it swelled close to the point of almost popping the cover off and causing weird random crashes.
