Best AIO for 14900k

Looking for some recommendations for a AIO for use on a 14900k. Looked at a million reviews of AIO's , but none of them show the performance when paired with an 14900k. Either 420/360mm

Currently have an Asus ROG RYUO III 360 and it cannot tame this CPU.

To handle 14900K density thermal output, would consider a custom loop with an all copper block. I tried HeatKiller plated model and is no good for 14700K even at defaults. Tight mount and lid-less could also be a consideration using just paste would help temps quite, bit more with LM.

Assuming the ambient temp is normal 75f/24c of course.

I have no AIO suggestions at this time. Sry.

Liquid freezer iii 420. Get some p14 Max fans on there and use the best paste you can get (kpx, kryonaut extreme (pink), etc.) otherwise custom loop is in order.

Also, have you done any undervolting or V/F point negative offsets? It really helps with all-core workloads and keeps things much more manageable.

No overclock at all. Just using an Intel default profile on the motherboard (Performance) 253/253/307a . But the fan noise levels from the current AIO im using are really bad as it struggles to cope with the thermals. Looking for something that's way more quiet than i have just now , that can tame the beast

A 420 aio with really good paste is your best option without going to a MO-RA4 type of thing (like my setup lol).

Whats your case setup like? Even with the best aio, you have to make sure your case is giving it fresh cool air or it'll be hot anyway. Then it's about finding fans that sound pleasant to you. My personal favorite are be quiet! 140mm fans, but the non-ppc-industrial noctua fans also sound good. P14 Max I have not listened to in person, but on paper they're unbeatable and the reviews have been really good. I've used the p12 fans and they're good for the cheap price, but they're not moving a ton of air and I've heard (from someone here who uses them a lot) that they're not the most reliable long-term. I like the sound of 140mm fans more than 120mm fans, personally.

I have a Be-Quiet Dark Base Pro , so the thermals internally are pretty good. Im kinda leaning towards your idea of a freezer iii 420 and seeing how it sounds with the fans it comes with as standard. Maybe opt to swap those out if need be

If you are just using Intel's default power plan, there is no need for a custom loop. Grab a nice 360 AIO and accept temps will be in the 90s.

Not really a recommendation, just a data point:
At Intel stock "extreme" settings, my Freezer II 280 keeps my 14900K at 85-90c (depending on what the ambient is at the time) when maxed out at 253W. I have a pretty crappy chip, so stock volts are relatively high and I have way too little spare time to sit an optimize voltage curves nowdays. I am on the latest microcode and I get ~37k R23 at those temps which seems to be more or less in line with what people are getting out of these things (at baseline settings and with low-ish end cooling). I run the two stock fans the cooler comes with. I have zero case fans. The only fans in here are the GPU (which sorta works like an intake), the AIO which exhausts and the PSU which effectively has its own air channel so it doesn't really affect other air movement.

What is your workload? If you plan to run this at 253W 24/7 then then the above likely won't make your system happy, but if you're not running it at full tilt extensively, this is just fine.

At the default power plan a good 280/360 should have no issues keeping the chip from throttling. A 420 would allow for quieter fans to be used, which if you have room and budget for is probably better for noise levels.
