M-discs are up there but not quiet.
A certain kind of magnetic tape lasts up to 30 years.
Enterprise hardware mind you. I´ve seen one from Toshiba in action.

Question test HDD files
I have 4 units of 2.5" HDD + USB3.0 enclosure case with the same files, once a year I power these drives HDDs are media that data gets corrupted easily even during storage? Is it necessary to run a corruption test at least once a year? Which test is fast, efficient, doesn't heat up and stress...
