I think you are on a wrong track. VBios is part of your motherboard bios.

So to change my video card's bios I would have to change my motherboard's bios?

No no and no. Your motherboard bios image contains the graphics card part as well. Read the whole thread since it is about the same laptop model (Inspiron 15R SE 7520).

So, I read it, but do you think that if I do what is in this post it will stop my laptop from crashing when I install the video drivers? Why does this only happen on Windows, on Linux it doesn't crash like this?

Windows and Linux are not the same operating systems. Likely a feature is being called which is only implemented on Windows.

Did you try to recreate the proper base line? (The official supported OS + drivers for you laptop).
Sometimes you need to use older drivers and not the latest.

I've already installed other older drivers, older versions of Windows and so even the system crashes and crashes, it works normally when I use the integrated video card and I don't install the drivers of the dedicated video card, but it's kind of unfeasible to use only the integrated video card.
