Doesn't seem to be any difference between the A70MD Pro and A68MD Pro. Since the included chart wasn't much help I went to their website but specs, CPU support, memory support, and accessories are identical.

My mATX A88X board was $80 and I've seen them down to $60 so will these A70M boards get under that price? If not, their ~FlexATX size is still useful sometimes. Couple years ago I gutted a some OEM systems and installed boards like these since they couldn't hold a full-width mATX.
