When I try to game any GTA games from Rockstar I get a black screen and checking event viewer I am met with

Event 56. Application Popup
The description for Event ID 56 from source Application Popup cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

ACPI
2

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

This happens in Grand Theft Auto V (Epic Games version) and the new Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy The Definitive Edition, I can game other games like Hot Wheels Unleashed with unlimited fps, Life is Strange True Colors+DLC, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Kena Bridge of Spirits and more.

I can even run loop Unigine Heaven, run 3DMark Firestrike no issues at all, I even dropped using undervolting to see if that was the problem it was not so what's run here?

For hardware details check system specs and yes I am running XMP at 3000MHz and I don't have any issues testing money and as stated it's only when I am gaming any of the GTA games which is really annoying because I really want to give the new The Definitive Edition of GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas a run even tried limiting The Definitive Edition to 60fps doesn't matter.

I have also plugged in the extra 4 pin connector for my CPU when I was starting having this issue with GTA V because some people said that it fixed their problems and a quick online search shows that a lot of people with Gigabyte Z490 board have this issue but no fix really.

One had a faulty SSD, others RAM and even some where clueless and couldn't find the problem so is the Gigabyte Z490 and Z590 board faulty?

Hmm just a update, I decided to update the bios on my Gigabyte Z590 Vision G to version F5.

My board shipped with bios F2 but after updating the bios to F5 some engineer decided to enable RAID as default I found that out when I booted into Windows 11 Pro and all my SATA drives were missing and only my 2 M.2.'s showed up :kookoo:

After I went in to my Asus ROG Strix XG27UQ's menu and disabled G-Sync compatible mode and now I can game Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy The Definitive Edition without any blackscreen anymore.

So maybe the bios did something or Asus fucked up the G-Sync in this expensive monitor together with their bad warranty on this great monitor.

The only thing I get now is when I exit GTA 3 I am getting this error but this I can handle:

I have now tried disabling C state for my CPU still getting Event 56 ACPI 2 in event viewer I have tried a new CPU, RAM, Storage, Graphics (Older) and another PSU only thing I haven't tried is another motherboard.

Seriously Gigabyte makes great hardware with a great colour scheme why fuck up so much? I can see a lot of people complain and some get the error away by disabling C state and enabling Power Loading in the bios.

Anyone know where I can find Power Loading in the Gigabyte bios of the Vision D or any newer Intel made Gigabyte motherboard?

I been looking around and I feel like in every menu in the bios and I am unable to locate this option.

Maybe Gigabyte renamed "Power loading" to something else I am not sure so if a friendly soul here on TPU know what name it is I will try it to see if I can get rid of this error even wrote a complaint email to Gigabyte about this issue not sure if it's a motherboard or bios issue related to Gigabyte because my old AMD Ryzen 3900X and Asus ROG Strix B550 Gaming-A setup didn't give me this error using the same CPU cooler, memory, nvme and sata storage and PSU.
