When I try to game any GTA games from Rockstar I get a black screen and checking event viewer I am met with

ACPI
2
The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
This happens in Grand Theft Auto V (Epic Games version) and the new Grand Theft Auto The Trilogy The Definitive Edition, I can game other games like Hot Wheels Unleashed with unlimited fps, Life is Strange True Colors+DLC, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Kena Bridge of Spirits and more.
I can even run loop Unigine Heaven, run 3DMark Firestrike no issues at all, I even dropped using undervolting to see if that was the problem it was not so what's run here?
For hardware details check system specs and yes I am running XMP at 3000MHz and I don't have any issues testing money and as stated it's only when I am gaming any of the GTA games which is really annoying because I really want to give the new The Definitive Edition of GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas a run even tried limiting The Definitive Edition to 60fps doesn't matter.
I have also plugged in the extra 4 pin connector for my CPU when I was starting having this issue with GTA V because some people said that it fixed their problems and a quick online search shows that a lot of people with Gigabyte Z490 board have this issue but no fix really.
One had a faulty SSD, others RAM and even some where clueless and couldn't find the problem so is the Gigabyte Z490 and Z590 board faulty?
