Nope your asking a pretty random question about some pretty specific materials and a pretty technical technique. I’m still and will remain soft tubing so I can only judge your parts which you haven’t listed.

I think its rather because this is a question of personal preference. We can't really tell you what to do. You gotta decide if you want the tubing to be 2mm thicker or not.

Also hard to tell you what looks better without an example pictures, I don't know what the case looks like and neither do I know what the brass pipes would look like inside the case.

Okay. so I’m to understand external Rad and hard tubing? Pretty brave, might as well go for the large OD if you’re going large anyway..

Okay so you’re not totally insane ;) long runs might actually benefit with smaller OD for higher pressure/volume for the pumps to cover.

I've never heard of "brass" tubing, copper - yes.

I’m sure with the hard tubing craze theres some more exotic options available for projects like this. I’m just gonna stay stupid to it and stick to good old, eas, soft tubing. The amount of times Ive pulled my block without having to do anything to my loop other than put it to the side has paid for itself. The thought of committing to a hard tube build and doing any type f maintenance I can’t even imagine...
