What happens is that my graphics card had a bad BIOS and I wanted to change it, so I changed it but it no longer gave me video

Which bios did you try to flash? Why did you consider the old bios bad?
Can you tell us more about your system? Does it have integrated graphics?

Motherboard brand and model please. Likely you can change it to IGP instead of PCI-E.
