CableMod PRO ModMesh Cable EXTENSION KIT

So guys I have EVGA Supernova G2 650watt 80 gold Plus PSU and my whole build is white , but these PSU cables are black and really look awful in my current pc build and I want to replace them with white cables but since there is no Cable Kit but only Extension Kit of CableMod , should I be worried about additional wire resistance or hardware damage when I use extension cables for my aesthetic goal ?


There is a cable kit of CableMod but its for Corsair PSU's and I don't want to bother it with my PSU since there is well described its for Corsair PSU's

Really the only issue with this is cable management, that you are able to fit the additional wire into the recesses of the case. Sometimes you need to be creative with the routing to take up the slack. Be sure to have plenty of cable ties and prepare to use up a lot of them as you change your mind about the solution.

Yep they're really nice to boot. I picked one up for my 1300 g2 years ago and they all still look new. The quality is top notch. I'd have gotten a set for my FSP Hydro Ti PRO 1000W as well but they don't friggen make one for it (that's the one drawback of this unit, the cables are too short).

sounds great but in my country these are pretty rare.We barely have the cablemod extension kits and have to wait for delivery up to 14-15 days only for them.I can't order from EVGA official website and don't want to order from websites like Amazon or Alibaba..

I will give you example why I wouldn't do that , I have black EVGA supernova G2 right now - solid PSU and premium quality components. It's ugly , it's black(I know it sounds...) but this psu was bought for 120BGN(60 euro) second hand from very trusted reseller. These cablemod extension kits costs in my country 130BGN alone. Ordering them from outside the country gives that 70-80BGN (30-40$) shipment + taxes expense.Making them 200BGN total cost for me(which is ridiculous giving 100$ for some cables only for aesthetics) ,on the other hand , 80plus gold PSU(90% efficiency) white themed with white sleeved cables costs 260-270BGN for example Corsair RM750x/850x , 750x is 265BGN(135$) , 850x is 300BGN(150$) . That's the situation here in my country , we have really small amount of the premium pc parts in stock here in bulgarian IT market
