I have a laptop with an i5 6200u and trying to do some tweak
Then i see Cache Ratio with i cant find much information about what that is. Do higher cache ratio is faster? And which number is safe?
And about CPU, I know this is an U series so it cant Overclock but what if i give it more Voltage? Will it boost higher clock?
I have 20 Celcius margin to work with

The 6200U is a low power 2 core CPU. The ThrottleStop FIVR window shows that when 1 core is active, it can use the 28 multiplier. When both cores are active, the maximum multiplier will decrease to 27. Setting the 2 Cores turbo ratio to 28 does not accomplish anything. This CPU does not support overclocking so you might as well set that back to 27.

Do higher cache ratio is faster?
It should be. Why not do some testing to find out? Run a benchmark like Cinebench. In the FIVR window you can set both the Cache Ratio Min and Max to the minimum, 4. Run a baseline test with a slow cache speed and run a second test with a fast cache speed. You should be able to see a difference.

And which number is safe?
It is a low power CPU. All numbers are safe.

what if i give it more Voltage?
Using more voltage than what a CPU needs will make it consume more power and run hotter. It will not make it run any faster.

Will it boost higher clock?
No it will not.

When fully loaded and both cores are active your CPU should run at a steady 27 multiplier. If it does not, post a screenshot of the TPL window. Also post a screenshot of the main window that shows the CPU speed while the CPU is loaded. Open up Limit Reasons to see if any reasons for throttling are lighting up red.

Thanks for the answer! Here is my update:
Turbo Ratio Limits: Ok i will set all core to x27, but if I keep x28 the same, it won't affect anything, right?
Cache Ratio: I found out that i cant set the Max Cache Ratio above 28 but the min can be set to 1, Dont know what the min value can do, but i assume it consume less power.

The Max Cache Ratio cannot be set any higher than the max CPU multiplier.

Dont know what the min value can do
Slowing down the cache speed can reduce power consumption but that will also reduce performance. Only you can decide if changing the Min or Max cache multiplier is of any use to you.
