Can a ram overclock cause errors during ts bench?

Trying to undervolt an i9 10900k.
Also, can an undervolt affect the stability of overclocked ram ? And is TS bench sufficient for testing instability , let's say I pass the 20 thread longest test without errors, will I be considered stable?
BTW thanks a lot for this amazing software. It really saved my azz when I had a gaming laptop back in college
Also any recommendations for any values or settings to be changed is much appreciated. Still don't know how to set speed shift. It was a no go on my i7 7700hq laptop because too much performance penalty.

Undervolting a CPU can cause instability.
Undervolting memory can cause instability.
Undervolting a GPU is fun...But can also cause instability.
Textbook overclocking can introduce the same situation.
All of this stuff has a spec for the purpose of "safe repeatable performance."
The moment you go outside the spec all bets are off. This is common sense.

Stability from the factory, how you define it and how everyone else defines it tend to be all over the place but I would say the test without errors part is pretty solid.

If the CPU's undervolted memory controller is no longer getting the voltage is needs to drive that RAM at the higher speed, then of course it will fall over.

1. Yes, an undervolt can affect stability of both CPU and overclocked RAM

2. No, TS bench is not sufficient for testing stability. Use OCCT, Prime95 and TM5 for starters.

3. No. TS bench is intended for a quick reference only. It is not a stress test. See point 2.

4. Keep in mind ThrottleStop is not intended to be used with unlocked desktop processors. It works to an extent because the concept is the same, but you're much better off changing settings in the BIOS. As the name implies, it's intended to workaround and stop throttling on laptops. On a desktop with a K processor, you have direct access to the settings, and they generally don't throttle unless hot or a power limit is being imposed. Which, on K SKUs, can be disabled freely as long as you can keep the processor cool.

5. Refrain from doing any undervolting and overclocking from a live Windows environment. This is especially true for RAM tweaks, doing this can and will cause instabilities and may/very likely will result in data corruption. See point 4 - changing memory timings with a live OS is extremely risky.

Thank you all very much for the replies. Sorry for the late reply. Finally managed to work on the CPU, I put it at all core 4.8Ghz for now 1.150v at full load. 1.240v set in the bios. I used the "fixed" vcore option. there were other options like override and adaptive as well, but did not try them. For some reason, I can't overclock the cache. The ring ratio multiplier is 43x by default but even if I set it as 44x it wont take effect and apply that.

I managed to get the cache overclock to work by disabling the per core limit control thingy.
