I want replace Enermax duo fan light changing switches by these red switches.

I think I can do this, or does these red switches require more power?

Please advise.

They're switches. They do not require more power. You have to keep an eye on current though when looking at switches. 40A on a switch for 1A will melt it. This is not relevant now though, just a word of advice.

But those will work just fine, if they fit.

In short, yes.
