Any ideas why that is?
( Very first time I am getting such an issue.

Same for me, it can be two things:
- maybe they found an issue with this version and they removed the download links
- maybe it's just an upload mistake from the techpowerup or the upload procedure is not finished yet

Just checked, I can access 2.59 but not 2.60

For me it works, but its the 2.59 version, not 2.60
