Hi,

I have four ASRock Phantom Gaming OC Radeon RX570 cards and I cannot find the correct bios file.
Someone has flashed their bios before I purchased them. So, I want to flash the original bios back to them.

The two bios files I found here do not work:
It says "P/N mismatch" and I don't know why.

Could anyone provide a correct original bios file?
Please see the following photos to find my detailed info of my card.

Thanks,

Hello
Based on the info you provided, i was able to narrow the search for the right BIOS for you:

We wait for your feedback.
Cheers mate
Remember to use version 2.93 for flashing.
Use the DOS version for it.
And do not forget to use forceflash command, because it is possible that some1 could flash the wrong BIOS in them.
That means you will not have the same ID with the old BIOS.
Trust me, what i provided is the right one

Thanks. I am confused about what tool to use. You said "use version 2.93". But I am using amdvbflash_win_3.31.zip. Is this a problem? Or, should I use amdvbflash_dos_4.68.zip? You also said to use forceflash command. Will this cause any problem? Will this brick my graphics card if anything is wrong?

Well, let me explain.
Using the version 2.93 will let you use the commands with the syntax we provided in the tutorial.
On the other hand you have RX570 - and for this model we suggest to use that version.
Flashing procedure can lead sometimes to a brick card, that can be unbricked using the guide.
Force flash command will write the BIOS i provided no matter what BIOS you had earlier.
That assure you that the card will have the right BIOS this time, according to it's ID , subID and memory producer.
Who knows what BIOS you had earlier? For example i use to my mining cards (Sapphire RX580 8GB) a BIOS from XFX RX580.
I practically cross flashed a BIOS from another card producer to my cards, on purpose.
It could be your case also.
That is why you must use that command

Thanks a lot. This approach fixed three cards. But I have a last one and I cannot flash it with the BIOS file you mentioned. It seems this one has a different Device ID.
Please see the info of this card. This card is also a AsRock RX 570 8GB card and comes in the same box as the other three cards. However, its Device ID is different and the Device ID points to a MSI card. I don't know why. Do you think you can find the correct BIOS file? Thanks

Have you attempted to use the 2.93 as suggested in the post before yours to see if it makes a difference in your case? your screenshots indicate 3.31

Hi, using the 2.93 version and the -f option solved the problem. Thanks a lot!

We are glad that you solved it.
Cheers mate.
