Cant disable Pstate and HDCP on new drivers, any fix?

recently i updated from 566.14 to 572.42 then my problem started. But my main problem right now is that i used to lock my gpu performance to keep a static maximum frequency (2970mhz) . I also used to disable HDCP too to get a little boost of input lag reduction and it doenst see to be working too. is there anything i can do to fix it by myself right now?
