I assume you are saying that you are trying to upload yours? If you upload it does not appear straight away, there is a large queue most likely of them and they have to be approved before they appear on the database.

As I said, that's because it has already been uploaded but it is not showing because it has not yet been approved, in context there is one person who does that (W1zzard) and he may get several hundred uploads a week.
