Case fans work but can’t sync w/ rgb and stuck full rpm

Short explanation: led fans work but the ‘reset switch’ doesn’t work for the fans and actually resets pc instead of color switch, I also have it plugged into an header but it’s not recognized and my fans are stuck at max rpm

I’ve recently bought and built a new gaming pc, I’ve set everything up as instructed however my led fans can’t change color or even sync up with rgb software

Am using the gamemax forge ab tower with a x570 elite aorus mobo

The ‘reset switch’ doesn’t actually do anything to the fans and doesn’t allow me to pair; it actually resets the pc instead of fans
I can see that the rst sw isn’t directly with the master fan and instead in a hub. My fans are also just stuck at max rpm. The led of the fans do work and everything is plugged in somehow others seemed to not have problems but I am

Found out that I was plugging into the wrong thing, the fan had an LED sw so I had to plug my rst switch to connect each other instead of plugging into the mobo, I then got my argb function
