Did I do something wrong?

Here are some pics I looked up that are pretty similar to what I have setup.

ipv4:

IPv6:

After all that nothing changed when I looked at adapter properties/details and did ipcofig /all in command prompt.

When I go into the DHCP tab in the LAN settings and set the DNS in there it changes to the primary DNS to what I want but the alternate DNS is still the ISP's.

could be
Some ISP's are now using a technology called 'Transparent DNS proxy'. Using this technology, they will intercept all DNS lookup requests
https://dnsleaktest.com/what-is-transparent-dns-proxy.html

I ran that tester on that website and it says I'm using the DNS want to use. So, I guess everything is alright.

EDIT:

lol I compared the ipconfig /all info with what I have setup in the routers firmware and it did change and somethings did match-up so it is working.

I feel like a smooth brain right now.
