Hi guys, I bought a used Lenovo Legion 7 Pro with 13900HX, Is this a good score and are there any issues with these notifications in the limit reasons?
Thanks for any info, I am a newbie when it comes to Throttlestop usage and I am a bit scared to mess with the parametres.

Use TS 9.7.2

Try setting Power Limit 4 to the max, 1023. That can help with EDP throttling issues.

VR CURRENT throttling can occur when a manufacturer uses voltage regulators that are barely adequate. No real solution for that other than shop somewhere else next time. This will not likely ever be a problem during normal gaming use.

Your Cinebench score looks OK. It looks about the same as most other laptops with the same CPU.

Do I check LOCK box when I change it to 1023?

I think it is much better now, I did not get any limit notifications during 10 minute test, this EDP under Ring column appears after the test is finished, when cpu is idle.
