Coil whine on 3 gpus

Hello all, small rant

I am experiencing moderate to severe coil whine on all the gpus I've tested in my build.
Sapphire R9 270X -> moderate to severe coil whine
RX 6700XT Pulse -> moderate coil whine, reduced by 70% by covering the chokes in liquid rubber YET THE COIL WHINE IS STILL THERE
RX 6800XT Reddevil -> current gpu, severe coil whine
I had a beQuiet! Straight Power 11 650W gold which I swapped with a Seasonic Focus GX-850 gold, no difference in gpu coil whine.
I've also tried using a neighbor's power outlet, same result.
Undervolting makes 0 difference on the 6700xt and a small difference on the 6800xt.
Only reducing clock speed by huge amounts gets rid of the coil whine.
I absolutely do not tolerate coil whine since I already have tinitus. I don't need more of it xd.
I can't put the pc in another room linus style since that would mean expensive optical cables and drilling holes in the wall.
I can still return the 6800xt.
Should I just keep buying and returning gpus until I get a lucky card with no coil whine or should I try upgrading my PSU again?
Is the percentage of cards with coil whine that high?

Edit fun fact: my 6700xt whines at ~5khz (and harmonic at ~11khz) and the 6800xt at ~12khz (using osu! pause menu)

You can see by the colour of the spectogram that the 6800xt is worse in intensity.

You're very unlucky.

I have an R9 280 and had a 6800XT with whine, with the 280 being the absolute worst. All my other cards are fine.

Well, the 6950XT has it but can ignore it.

Coil whine is annoying for sure and its one of the things I'm always concerned about when I first start up a new piece of hardware that can possibly whine.
Had a whiny PSU that forced me to power off the entire system 'not just shut down' cause as long as it drew 'vampire' power it made a low pitched noise I could hear even in my bed..

Then I had a EVGA ftw acx 3.0 1070 that had coil whine/more like a buzz whenever the fans were spinning so at least it wasn't doing it idle. 'this wasn't that bad so I just ignored it but when I sold the card on the second hand market I got less money for it cause of that issue'

Current TuF 3060 Ti is all silent tho and that was a relief.

O ye and I once heard my current keyboard coil whine when it was really quiet in my room and I was looking for the source for like 10 mins before finding it. I honestly couldn't belive it but it was coming from the keyboard but I could only hear it from a close distance. 'and the fan/rgb hub controller at the back of my Pure Base FX 500 case whines too but at least I can't hear it with the side panel on'

I wish this issue was taken more seriously tho I'm not sure what could be done about it/more than whats done already during manufacturing and quality control.

You can try this before spending more money:

Seems to be a very widespead issue... it's sad we don't have better quality products

Trust me I've tried with the 6700xt...
1st attempt: super glue under the chokes <- no difference in coil whine
2nd attempt: super glue around choke base (thicker glue that unfortunately turned yellow after hardening) <- no difference in coil whine
3rd attempt: truck load of liquid rubber over and around every possible choke and mlcc <- some improvements but still very audible in high fps games

Viewer discretion is advised :^)

Unfortunately spilled over some of the chips
Have I shortened the card's life? Probably.

no inductor was spared
