I've been using the Windows App for iOS for a few weeks now, and I spend more time using Windows on my phone than iOS. But the biggest issue is I can't use it from outside the LAN. I know it's possible, there are gateway settings in the app and my modem, but putting in the modem's IP4 and IP6 addresses and gateway addresses didn't work, and even if it did work, I'm not sure if it would give me access because the only credentials I can enter are the ones for my PC. Any advice on how to set this up? The Google has been not helpful because the app recently changed names, and both names are very generic when searching them plus gateway configuration. I read documentation from Microsoft about maybe setting up a virtual gateway server on the PC itself, but I don't think that was relevant to my OS. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
