Update 7/9/23:
The Nimez Modified Driver that @Zyll Goliat posted 'satisfied' my needs, in a different direction.
However, If you are new to the thread, please feel free to further-contribute towards my
Original Inquiry. Thank You

I have a 6500 XT that I'm using alongside a "WX 9100". The drivers seem to play fine together (with the mixed cards), but I feel like there are some features missing due to the 6500 XT being a 'Radeon RX' SKU.
Are there any software-side changes I can make (ala Rivatuner GeForce/Quadro) to get AMD's driver suite to recognize my RX 6500 XT as a Radeon PRO? FYI: The 16GB Vega is on the CPU's 3.0x16. The 4GB Navi on the X570's 4.0x4.

Already tried (unsuccessfully) to manually install the driver for my 6500 XT in Device Manager as a Radeon Pro W6400 or W6500M(Which, appears to have actually existed in desktop-form, for a short run). Using either Adrenaline or PRO Edition drivers, the system just immediately re-recognizes the card as a Radeon RX 6500 XT.
Note: Both my Vega 64 8GB and MI25/WX9100 16GB could force-identify via manual driver selection. So far, that 'trick' doesn't seem to work on my Navi 24-powered Powercolor 6500 XT ITX

I would try force-flashing my card to a W6400's vBIOS but, I can clearly see vast differences in the PCB and would expect a 'bricked' 6500 XT.
Since I'm primarily using my 6500 XT as additional video-outs (and to lessen the performance hit from multiple displays) I wouldn't mind if I had to lose some shaders and clockspeed.
Regardless, I have attached the vBIOS, pulled using GPU-Z 2.54.0.

BTW, the TPU GPU Db has the wrong picture for my card. I tried submitting my vBIOS, and GPU-Z reports it as already in the Db. Opening the database entry reveals a completely different (pictured) card, and clicking the image leads-off to a totally separate model.

Subbing to the thread for the sake of doing weird stuff.

I really doubt there is anything you can do and not regret wasted time afterwards though. Like, why not selling both GPUs and getting yourself a 6700 XT instead? This GPU is faster than these both combined.

The 16GB Vega is my 'working collectable' and a 'DIY piece', so keeping it is more than just a question of practicality. The 6500 XT was originally purchased to be used in the CPU-connected M.2 slot; I've yet to find an affordable adapter-riser that I'd trust to do that. So instead, I slotted it into the Chipset-connected x4(x16 length) and loaded up on cheap Gen4 NVMe drives, x1 slots included.

Yup. I like doing 'unsupported things'. Sometimes it goes as well or better than I'd hoped, other times reality smacks me in the face (Ex. Win8.1-11 x64 on a pre-AM2 AMD K8, it really actually positively is NOT compatible.)
Either way, I learn something new, and often gain insight into other past/future scenarios.

I understand why you are doing it and I agree with the very idea of making "impossible" actually possible. My Xeon E3v5 + H110 + RX 480 + ReBAR build has also been looking twisted but it works like a charm. GLHF.

Maybe you can try with the Nimez Modified Driver because there is a lot of optional installation also as I remember he was using "AMD Pro" settings for the GCN maybe it's a worth of try and see how that goes.....

Nah...That's nothing I am using X79/Sabertooth with the Xeon 2697V2(12c/24t/OC)+RX 6700XT +ReBAR + MATROX M9120LP as second GPU card to provide me a picture for my side panels and yeah also everything working like a charm on W11 :D......

Well, that went differently than I was expecting...

This is the first time I've had my "WX 9100" recognize as an RX Vega, and keep its single video-out working. I've got options for tuning I didn't have before too.
Cool, I think.

Edit: lil glitchy.
Working on a proper clean install of the Nimez drivers @tm.

edit 2: after a clean driver install, some tweaking, and using an older CCC2, I got all the features I'd otherwise given up on. It's not what I sought out to do, but for now, I'm pleased w/ the Nimez drivers.

edit 3: Even Resizable BAR is supposedly enabled on my Vega, now.
Yeah. Cool.

Nice I am glad that I could help.....Also you can register on their forum and ask for your particular issue usually some of the mods will replay quickly and maybe they can apply certain changes in the next Nimez driver release that could also improve your experience....Keep us updated...GL

The Radeon Pro For Enterprise drivers are compatible with the GPU, I really see no reason at all for flashing either as you

People have used those drivers for Gaming as a Stable Release.

The PRO drivers from AMD were 'working fine'; I thought I was missing some display-passthru/config options. Whether I was, or wasn't, the Nimez drivers under 'Prosumer' config gave me full Vega FE-like control in CCC2/wattman (which, I'd completely given up on, in lieu of 'trying out' PRO features.)

If I ever end up working with CAD software, it looks like it's quite easy to 'switch' things to "enterprise" or "creator" mode.

Nice I am glad that I could help.....Also you can register on their forum and ask for your particular issue usually some of the mods will replay quickly and maybe they can apply certain changes in the next Nimez driver release that could also improve your experience....Keep us updated...GL
I'll give that a look; I'd already been semi-following development in the hope of seeing V540 driver-support.

Most importantly, Nimez restoring wattman-ability has my undervolted PowerPlayTables working correctly, and +50% Power Limit works now too. (rather than the driver often ignoring the 'in-between' mV 'steps' or just generally 'freaking out'.)
Even fan control seems less glitchy, and I swear my kit-bashed-on server blower *actually* spins up to near 100% now. Previously, it seemed like it would only ramp up to ~50% at max, and would (very strangely) reduce RPM under heavy load. That behavior is now resolved with the custom driver(s).

This ended up going a totally different direction than I originally wanted but, I'm excitedly pleased with the features restored under the custom drivers. Thank You again, @Zyll Goliat

I'll have to try that on mine, being able to undervolt properly and having a working fan config would be pretty nice.

:D I was just thinking about posting my findings in the MI25-WX9100 PPT-mod thread (that you were so helpful in).

I'm honestly curious if these drivers would allow video-out on a bone-stock MI25? I can't recall reading if anyone had tried the Nimez drivers on a MI25 before flashing.
Maybe if there's any left on fleabay (~$70, ATM), I'll try that out sometime.
Besides, I have a 1KW PSU, and Vega does support Crossfire

Both use same dev id and clocks on bios
Ah I see ... there's the single-fan and the dual-fan card, both use the same IDs, so no way for the BIOS collection's internal Lookup to tell them apart
