You could limit the PPT, not knowing your board might make it harder for people to help you. I use the PPT 130w ( there is a mv one too on my board ) by default the chip will run 143w.

On my board i use the curve optimizer -26 ( all cores ), you might have to lower that number as you may get crashes so maybe experiment with -15.

But 75c isn't bad at all. You could use HWinfo64 to monitor.

Yet another clueless new poster who hasn't bothered to do even the most basic research on what temperatures are normal for Zen 4... use a search engine and stop wasting our time.

It should be known by now that any Ryzen 7/9 almost no matter the cooling capacity upon them, they will occasionally hit 75-80C if not more under low-medium loads like gaming.
Its the average temp that matters most and I bet its far less than max/peak.

Peaking(bursting) at 75C is perfectly fine when max operating temp is 90C and critical is way over 100C.
If you dont like it you can just set its max temp in BIOS/UEFI to your liking, but prepare to potentially loose some high boosting under single core/low/medium load.

Ive set mine (5900X) to 75C, so when gaming it peaks there with an avg of 55-60C, depending the game and ambient conditions.
