Primarily an MMO mouse, the right-handed ergonomic Darkstar Wireless packs everything Corsair has to offer: Marksman 26,000 CPI sensor, optical main button switches, 15 fully programmable buttons, rich RGB lighting, both 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth, and up to 80 hours of battery life.

Prices from these so called top end OEMs has been creeping up quite a bit lately. I remember when flagship gaming mice cost around $99 max.
On other note its shame these same OEMs are castrating their mid and low end offerings by not using optical switches while there are decent options below $80 which have optical switches.

Edit: No matter how much I despise RoG atleast their mice offer user replaceble switches and once that need disassembly dont have their screws hidden under feet(both of which are common sense design compromises that should have been industry standard for years at this point).

Uhh, all major brands of motherboards for people that would be buying this mouse come with USB 2.0 ports specifically for the mouse and keyboard. Not sure what this dude is on about. I literally just bought an ASRock board like two weeks ago and it has them. My old system from 8 years ago had the same configuration.

I'll stick with my Logitech g604. 240+ hrs on a single AA battery. Even though that is 10 days, I get months out of a single battery and I never turn the mouse off
