Bottleneck say something like a ryzen 5900x (or 3900x) for a rtx 3060 (find that strange, i think something in the line of rx 6600 xt + ryzen 5600x, rx 6900xt + a ryzen 5900x, rx 6950xt + a ryzen 5950x or a 12700k/13700k for a a rtx 4070 and above gpu)

Som sites do recommend a ryzen 7600x or a ryzen 5700x but most recommend a cpu i atleast think would have been something you would use, recommend if you have a rtx 3080 or rx 6800 xt or a rtx 4070 ti,rx 7900 xt.

Cpu for a rtx 3060 ? Personally i can get a used 12600k or new 5700x or used 5900x + mb. Sometimes when im doing alot of multitasking (twitch streams and playing) it's not 100% smooth, sometimes it freezes for a sec (chromes fault ?), i therefor think i need a little faster cpu

Also i think 0.1% and 1% get's improved with a faster cpu. Im not shure buy how much since most video isn't with a rtx 3060, personally i really would like to see the difference with a lower tier cpu and a faster one like a 5900x,12700k,14600k,13700k to see the difference in in 0.1% and 1% lows

what a stupid website.
a 3060 with a 5600 is more than enough.
a 5950X makes absolutely no sense for gaming at all... neither a 12900k nor a 12700k (in 2023)
either a 7600 on a cheap platform or something like a 12400f/13400f, 5600/5700X. anything beyond will do nothing for that GPU.

Are competitive online shooters not a thing?

OP probably needs to check if their SSD works properly. Wouldn't also hurt to check if some viri or other malware crippled the performance.
