Hello --- I been using crystal disk info for some time now, but I have a device that seems to confuse it ---
I have the Startech S352BU313R -- USB 3.1 Dual 3.5” SATA (6Gbps) HDD Enclosure
It is a 2-bay enclosure that can be configures as a RAID 0 or 1 JBOD or 2 separate drives ---- which is the way I have it set up ---
I have the 2 drives as "J:" and "K:"
When I run CDI --- it seems that the controller in the Startech confused CDI --- it calls both drives as "J" or "k"
I can tell the difference by the serial number ---
It seems that WD's dashboard will do "the right thing" and show each disk with its drive letter
How to I report this issue to the author to get it fixed?
