custom driver not working with war thunder

i modified a quadro k5000 driver in nvcleanstall for a grid k2 card. most games work fine but war thunder gives an error "untrusted system file (c:\
windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\nv_dispwi.inf_amd64_83aef27f78a70e06\nvidumdx.dll)"

i know war thunder uses easy anti cheat is there a way to resolve this

Checkbox at the bottom of the Tweaks panel "Use signing method compatible with EAC"

i did that on my first install it didnt work any other possibilities

Just installed War Thunder, played a multiplayer match, had zero issues with driver created by NVCleanstall with "EAC compatible" method

I didn't mod the INF though, not sure if that's what's making the difference
