Dell 5676 motherboard BIOS

So was updating the bios on a old Dell Inspiron 5676 with Ryzen 2700x that I just got in. Was working but The computer crashed half way thru using Dell bios updater and now it powers up to black screen no lights can not access anything. I have a ch341a programmer but can not find anywhere that has the bin file to try to fix this. Does anyone have the complete bios.bin file
